It takes less than two hours to go to Kurashiki city from Osaka. This small town is known for white wall warehouses, but the landmak is Ohara Museum of Art. Why this excellent museum is located in Kurashiki? The museum was established by Ohara 
family who was the founder of Kurabo, textile manufa
cturer. It's said the reason Kurashiki spared the air raid was because of this museum.
The museum is located near the canal. Along the canal there many shops and restaurants. The haunting house is quite unique. I was so scared although it wasn't meant to scare people. Don't foget to visit Ivy square.

It takes 15 minutes to walk from Kurashiki Station to the canal area.
