Although USJ is an American theme park, the Osaka version has only-in-Japan
attraction such as "Hello Kitty" and other anime charactes. Opened in 2001.
Business hour depends on the day. It usually opens at 9
or 10 and closes at 20, 21 or 22. (If there is a large crowd in front of the gate, they open earlier than scheduled.)
Admission fee: There are various tickets such as;
One-day ticket for adults is 8,200yen (after 2019, Feb.).
Various discount (senior, birthday month) and set tickets are available.
If you visit USJ more than 3 times a year, 1-year pass(23,889yen) is recommended. VIP year pass is 36,800yen.
Year pass light is available at 19,800yen (more cannot-enter days.)
Express Pass is available. With this pass you don't wait long to get on attractions. The price depends on the number of attractions and day. They are usally sold out in the morning. Time is money. (If you visit USJ alone, you can use a single lane, which will save your time too.)
