Shin-Sekai is a melting pot. It has a amusement public bath, many cheap local foods, Japanese chess game halls, the
recently-renovated and poppular zoo, City Art Museum, a Japanese garden, adult-theaters, and so forth.
If you lose your way, try to find Tsutenkaku tower. The landsca pe from Tsutenkaku is so-so good.
Biliken was actually produced by an American artist but it became a god in Japan.
